Simplest explanation: You may be experiencing a recurrent episode of kidney stone formation. Time to visit your doctor because if you do have a second stone that will affect how you are treated. It's important to identity if a stone is present, and where and how big it is. Even a perfectly normal urinalysis without blood does not exclude the possibility of a new kidney stone. Call and get checked ASAP. Best wishes!
