TLC: Adequate rest, healthy diet with whole foods, especially anti-inflammatory foods (greens, berries, turmeric and other spices salmon and other fatty fishes and chia seeds), regular exercise and stress management. Probiotics may also prove beneficial. Get checked out if you continue to get frequent illnesses.
