Healthy lifestyle: Unfortunately, there are no "immune system boosters" with scientific proof of effectiveness, and certainly none known to help prevent COVID-19 or other viral infections -- despite promotions online, by health food stores, etc. The main things are to eat a balanced diet, get restful sleep, stay physically active, and keep stress to a minimum (which can be pretty challenging these days!).
