Needs to be checked: Any bump on the tongue needs to be checked. At your age of 21 it is unlikely to be anything serious .We do not have enough information to tell you what it might be . Need a history like if you smoke or chew tobacco . Any other co existing medical condition etc, it may be due to a viral infection,allergy, canker sore.a tumor. If it persist get it checked by your doctor for proper diagnosis
