Prob not: The bump on your tongue is from trauma and not from oral sex. So yes you probably but it or traumatized it. Oral sex like herpes or other sexually transmitted diseases start as red painful vesicles that usually pop. If you are unsure, go see your dentist or physician but I would not worry.
