Should you be able to feel your sublingual glands below your tongue? i can feel a small bump on each side of my mouth floor. one slightly bigger.

Yes: Yes,the glands can actually be palpated with your fingers, but should not feel enlarged to your tongue. Please see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for an examination, which we can't do in this format. Even a picture would probably be diagnostic. Physical examination is necessary to determine if something is amiss.
