It can be : It can be better than tramadol. Tramadol has a risk of habituation. Cymbalta (duloxetine) has its own side effects is well. I would prefer the Cymbalta (duloxetine) to the tramadol for long-term. It's depends on what your diagnosis is and what the rest of your medical condition is. You can discuss this with your physician.

Yes!: In my experience much better. Tramadol is a narcotic. They work quite differently!
