Cymbalta (duloxetine): Cymbalta (duloxetine) is fda approved as treatment for musculo-skeletal pain. Talk with your doctor about trying Cymbalta (duloxetine) for your pain condition. Chronic pain is often concurrent with depression and Cymbalta (duloxetine) is also an approved treatment for depression.

Yes: By building up norepinephrine, it helps to filter ascending pain signals. Make sure you are sleeping well at night and do not clinch or grind your teeth. If not sleeping well or snoring badly it can really affect your pain. You need deep wave sleep so you muscles relax so blood can enter the affected area. Back pain can be a feedback loop and you may need to target multiple areas on the path.
