What is the recommended dose of cymbalta (duloxetine) for chronic joint pain/anxiety? is it safe to take 50mgs of tramadol 3x a day with 20mg cymbalta (duloxetine)?

Could cause problems: Pain medications and medications used in chronic pain treatment may have significant drug-drug and drug-disease interactions. Use these medications only under the careful guidance of a physician. There is no one dose that fits every person. When one takes two such medications together, drug interactions can arise which can cause serious problems. (Look up serotonin syndrome for this combination).
