A member asked:

Had an svt ablation a month ago woke up this morning and my right groin and hip area is swollen what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible hematoma: The swelling may represent a hematoma in the area adjacent to where the catheters were placed in the groin. Ultrasound evaluation of that area should rule it out if the swelling persists.
