Levothyroxine: No it won't hurt you but if this happens again, miss taking levothyroxine the day after you have taken too much.

Don't worry: You'll be fine. Levothyroxine is slow in onset and long lasting. In fact, for occasional people with compliance issues, we will give one week's worth of levothyroxine all at once (eg. 700 mg once per week). It is possible you may feel a "buzz" today (palpitations, tremor) but probably not, unless it is from anxiety over it. You can skip tomorrow's dose.
