I have accidently been taking a double dose of levothyroxine for 2 weeks or more. i normally have 100mg but have been taking 200mg. i am worried.

You'll be ok: I would think you would be feeling the double dose: palpitations, nervous, tremor, irritable. I would recommend that you stop entirely for 2 days and then start back on the correct dose. If you are in otherwise good health, the temporary high dose will not have long term effects.
