Comfortable Temps: Good day; You need to speak with dentist who recently completed temporary crown. Share your concerns with him; I believe there is logical explanation for the discomfort.

Not normal: I presume that you are referencing tooth #13 an upper left bicuspid by international numbering. If you have waited 3 years to crown the tooth, you may have a cracked root. Have the dentist evaluate this possibility
