RCT tooth pain: There are many possibilities which include root fracture, crown fracture, periodontal or apical abscess, bruxism or even an adjacent tooth with a problem. This needs to be evaluated by dentist in person with a clinical exam, x-rays and possible some other tests. We can only guess, your own dentist can determine the actual cause.
