As a nephrologist, I have never encountered a case of sneezing induced dehydration. On top of that, you drink 6 glasses of water so you will not get dehydrated. You should use flonase or nasonex for allergic rhinitis which is quite prevalent in spring time. Please note if your urine output is much lower than fluid intake, within a week leg edema will occur then you should see a doctor by then.
