Urinalysis: Bubbly" urine can be a clinical symptom of proteinuria, but the best test is a urinalysis/24 hour urine collection: frequency especially when you drink a lot of fluid or a diuretic, should be expected; but constant thirst could be a sign of diabetes. It is easily checked with your doctor.
