Headaches: Sometimes, figuring out the source of the headaches is tricky. With a CT scan that shows no sign of sinusitis, my first thoughts are migraines, or pseudotumor cerebri (I'm an ophthalmologist, so these are relatively common in my practice). There are many other causes. Many neurologists specialize in headaches, so that may be the place to start, if possible. Ask your doctor for a referral.
