Wow! Why are you on both xanax and klonopin? Potential for over-sedation is significant with your medications. I agree with Dr. Koch that there is significant potential for tolerance to begin as well. I hope for your sake that you add in other modalities for treatment that are not medication because you are on a lot of BIG guns.
