Is it bad to switch off between taking ativan and klonopin? i usually take klonopin if i wake up with alot of anxiety and ativan for sudden panic attacks during the day. is this okay or will it cause problems?

Anti-anxiety meds: Sounds confusing and probably unnecessary to take both meds for anxiety. The problem may be over dosing or taking too much of these meds. Discuss with prescriber and consider an SSRI or similar med for better coverage of anxiety. Hope this helps.
