Almost like a mild vibrating feel in my upper chest and neck past 3mornings and last night for2 hours. only obvious when i'm laying down. not my pulse?

Suspect vascular : This may be vascular. Not from your balls but from another blood vessel that also involves your heart rate. It also could be vascular, neurologic, muscular. You need to make sure your physician has you do a vascular valuation to be certain as to why this sensation is occurring. Would also suggest x-rays of your chest and maybe your neck and a cardiac evaluation
