Go to ER: Chest pain with elevated blood pressure may be serious, it is impossible to tell if it is not without being evaluated. Despite not smoking and not drinking, heart disease can be present even at your age. Please go to the ER now. Call 911 if you cannot drive. Get seen even if the pain has resolved.
