Heartrate variabilit: Normal to have some degree of heart variability, especially more so in younger people. That is not a concern unless it is causing dizziness or other symptoms. Ultimately if concern, obtain an EKG.

Slow heartbeat: You should see a cardiologist and have a baseline ECG, Holter monitor may be needed to see what's going on with you. Do you get lightheaded or Short of breath with these episodes?
