Varies: You can do nothing, or take Provera, (medroxyprogesterone) or do a D&C, or have a hysterectomy. Depends on your state in life, your finances, your worry level, your intent to follow up, your doctor's recommendations, etc. If you don't have a malignancy, there is no urgency to do anything particular.
