Chest pain: 28 year old woman with chest/back pain. No medical history or meds listed. Workup for major causes ok. The most important causes of chest pain to rule out in ER: Pericarditis, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Pulmonary Embolus, PE, and Aortic Dissection/Embolism. Burning can indicate GERD. Please visit your physician and continue your workup. MD needs your complete history and full exam. GI referral.
