Diagnosed with hashimoto's in october, after starting levothyroxine i have a lot more pain in my neck that comes and goes. no change in size of goitre?

Check with your doc: Starting levothyroxine should not cause or increase neck pain. In some but not all cases it will decrease the size of the goiter. Neck pain is usually not from the thyroid so if it bothers you, you should have it checked by a doctor or NP.
