I have hashimotos and had my right thyroid taken out 10 yrs ago. i just had lab work done and my antibodies were 3000. i am on 50mg of levothyroxine?

Don't worry: As long as your thyroid function is ok, I won't worry over the antibody level, which is expected to remain elevated in your case.
