I have 5 meals a day including a protein powder&i'm still finding it hard to gain weight what am i doing wrong?

Dietician: I recommend one visit with a registered dietitian who will determine your ideal weight, take a history of your eating habits, degree of exercise and outline a proper individualized diet for you. Failure to gain weight is also seen in overactive thyroid states,diabetes,chronic infection, an malignancies but I assume there are no signs of these in your case. See your MD if you have further concerns
