Could there be an underlying problem i have with my uti? i've been to urgent care twice with symptoms of a uti. but i continued to have back pain.

Not related: The UTI and back pain are probably not related. You do not get back pain from a bladder infection which is what most UTIs are. You only get back pain when the infection moves to the kidneys and that is a much more serious diagnosis, pyelonephritis. Your back pain is probably musculoskeletal. See a physical therapist or try yoga for relief.
