Time: Drugs have what is called a half-life. This is the time for half the amount of a drug in your body to be excreted. They vary from drug to drug. In general, 3 to 5 half lives are needed to eliminate a drug almost 100%. Time is the safest, though not always the easiest way to go this route. Good luck.
