Pulse pressure: With a pulse pressure lower than 25 you should visit your physician for a careful medical history and full physical exam. It may be caused by your tachycardia of 120. You should visit a physician to rule out other causes. Your heat sensitivity is a possible sign of hyperthyroidism and your asthma may need better management. Drink water and stay hydrated. Good luck.

No: The pulse pressure is considered low if it is less than 25% of the systolic BP. So your pp is normal.
