What is a normal bp and pulse supposed to be in a 24 yr old mines been low 150s over high 90s and my pulse is between 90 to 110 for a week ?

Both are too high: Both your BP and resting pulse are too high. You should see a doctor ASAP to have this evaluated and the treated. Start with an internist. Internal.medicine doctor. Good luck
