High Blood pressure: Your blood pressure is high. You have to implement life style changes, including low salt diet and weight reduction, if you are overweight or obese. Most likely you will have to start taking antihypertensive medication. Speak with your doctor. According to new guidelines normal BP for all ages is not higher than 120/80.
