Blood pressure: Not knowing your medical history or normal BP measurements, these BP readings sound ok. Low normal. If you are feel light headed or fainting, i would see your physician in the am. If your are feeling fine, then i would call your physician to see if they want to adjust your BP medications.

Stay well hydrated: If you are not light headed or dizzy, those numbers are likely fine for now. Contact your family doctor or cardiologist and stay well hydrated with your Coumadin (warfarin) levels in a good range. Best wishes to you.

Not always bad: Blood pressure below 120/80 is not always a bad thing. As long as you are not having symptoms you should be fine. A heart rate below sixty , for example, is considered bradycardia (slower than normal) but can be completely ok if non-symptomatic (extremely fit people like runners etc). Notify your doctor of any light headedness or dizziness.
