Not knowing your medical history or normal BP measurements, these BP readings sound ok. Low normal. If you are feel light headed or fainting, i would see your physician in the am. If your are feeling fine, then i would call your physician to see if they want to adjust your BP medications.

If you are not light headed or dizzy, those numbers are likely fine for now. Contact your family doctor or cardiologist and stay well hydrated with your Coumadin (warfarin) levels in a good range. Best wishes to you.

Blood pressure below 120/80 is not always a bad thing. As long as you are not having symptoms you should be fine. A heart rate below sixty , for example, is considered bradycardia (slower than normal) but can be completely ok if non-symptomatic (extremely fit people like runners etc). Notify your doctor of any light headedness or dizziness.
