Insomnia: There are many causes of insomnia and there are no natural sleep aids that work for everyone. Are you having trouble falling asleep or waking up frequently during the night? Do you have racing thoughts? Waking up gasping for air or having to go to bathroom? take a warm bath and try to go to bed at the same time every night. Reduce caffeine and alcohol. Get some exercise and sun during the day.

Good information on various sleep disorders can be found on the websites of the national institutes of health, mayo clinic, and the national sleep foundation. By the way, "natural" doesn't mean safe. Arsenic, mercury, and lead are natural.
