Burning feet: It is a kind of neuropathy (problem with nerves). It gets worse with diabetes, drinking alcohol, or simply if you are nervous. Please talk to pcp.

You may have: Plantar fascitiis or neuropathy. Those would be my top 2 choices. If you dont get any foor tpain on the first few steps in the morning, then i would lean more towards neuropathy as the favored diagnosis.

Top of foot leading into ankle hurts when I get up from resting sitting or sleeping . Once I walk around for a few min it goes away . Any ideas?
