NO history.: Unclear as to why this happens. Unless the water is exceedingly hot , I am not sure why this occurs. No history of any other time that this occurs or do you have a hx of tachycardia in other settings. I would also wonder if you have taken any drugs at the same time. If this is still occuring need to have a cardiac workup and ekg.

Need evaluation.: A heart rate of 201 is abnormal in any imaginable context. This sounds like it could be some type of heart rhythm disturbance which requires diagnosis and treatment. Your first step would be a visit to a Cardiologist for a heart monitor and some blood testing.
