Yes, : Yes, a fever can cause this. If your temp goes to 104 or above, you need to get medical help. You can help the fever with tepid baths as well as Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) (as you are already doing). Please have your parent check on you periodically. You need to take in lots of water so that you don't become dehydrated.
