Probably vasovagal: U r likely having a vasovagal reaction. Hot water causes ur blood vessels to dilate, allowing more blood to flow towards your feet due to gravity, leading to dizziness and headache, because your brain is a selfish organ, and does not tolerate being deprived of blood, which contains oxygen. Your heart rate increases in an attempt to compensate. Try turning water cool for 1min before getting out.
