Arinac=ibuprofen: Just to clarify to our international countrrparts, arinac is a combination of ibuprofen, an antinflammatory medicine combined with pseudophedrine, a decongestant, if taken at recommended doses, yes this is safe. Vitamin c is also safe as well. Since it is water soluble, you will excrete any amount over recommended dosage in the urine. To Your Best Health, Dr Hodge
