Needs D3: Vitamin d deficiency is widespread. The one to spot in the blood is 5-hydroxy (d3). We now know that this vitamin enters intgo the physiology of every cell in the body. At the age of 12 she is a physiological adult. Ask your pediatrician for the dose. The blood level should reach 60 to 80 units.
