I am having flu symptoms. is it possible to get the flu when it's not flu season? i have been experiencing aches, fever, and coughing. i am thinking it might be the flu, but can you get the flu all year round? i thought it was only active during the fall

There : There are many illnesses that cause flu-like symptoms so you may not have the flu. You should see your doctor to make sure, particularly if you are still sick after all this time. Influenza can also lead to serious bacterial infections such as pneumonia. You may need to be treated. The flu season this year was late and occured in the winter and spring, so you could be right and you might have had the flu. You should be better by now since you posted the question 7 days ago. If you are not fine by now, you need to see your doctor.
