Take good care: If you're getting frequent colds/flu that means something is wrong and u need to find out what it is that can be fixed. Usually I find that patients are NOT getting enough regular sleep. Sleep is part of the immune system -8hrs or more per night are recommended. Then, you have to look at diet -if you're eating right. Doctors recc FRUIT, veggies and regular meals. Then, avoid toxins and STRESS!
