I had a cold last week but for the past few days, i've had headaches , nausea, sore throat, fever off and on. i have little to no appetite. i don't know if it's the flu. ?

Quite possible : There can be lot of reasons ,It can be simple upper respiratory tract infection or viral infection ,Please see your pcp for further evaluation.
