I have had a fever between 99.5 to 100.0 f for 3 days now. i feel exhausted, i'm sweating, hot&cold at the same time. muscle aches. allergies or the flu? i can't tell the difference & i don't have insurance due to a stupid error temporarily. ideas?

Viral illness: Viral illnesses may cause these symptoms. Drink fluids,rest and if you are not feeling better in two days, please see urgent care. If you are experiencing nasal congestion, nasal saline rinses may relieve the congestion.
