Can parodic gland blockage cause dizzy n ear pain like tmj?

Yes, it could. However it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT so that you do not miss a treatable ear condition.

Yes, but unusual. Please see an Oral Surgeon who is the best equipped health care practitioner to treat Parotid Gland Duct blockage. Once resolved, if symptoms disappear then you have a reason for your symptoms. If Duct is not blocked, next logical step is to see ENT for ear evaluation.
