Yes, but unusual. Please see an Oral Surgeon who is the best equipped health care practitioner to treat Parotid Gland Duct blockage. Once resolved, if symptoms disappear then you have a reason for your symptoms. If Duct is not blocked, next logical step is to see ENT for ear evaluation.
