I do think that this was a positional effect on the occipital nerve as it exits the back of your skull into the neck. However I can't explain the dizziness (? lightheadedness or true vertigo) on occipital neuralgia. For this reason and because of your ongoing symptoms, I recommend consulting your PCP or a neurologist for evaluation and any appropriate testing. I doubt intracranial bleed.

Highly likely that you temporarily exacerbated the occipital neuralgia, and likely triggered the headaches secondarily. Not fully clear as to whether the dizziness is secondary to a vascular headache mechanism or due to inner ear, and this needs sorting out. Your symptoms do not appear secondary to intracranial hemorrhage. Contact your doctor.
