It is either a: muscle pull in the teres minor or trapezius, or you have a blood clot in your lungs. It is more likely a muscle pull. If it persists, then you need to get examined by a healthcare provider for empiric treatment. Stretching exercises may help, but without pinpointing to the exact injury, stretching may hurt the muscle more. Or if you have a blood clot in your lungs, you would want to find out.
