Hi...i slipped and knocked my head about a month ago, scans showed no problems, recently though i have been getting very bad headaches at night and when i hear loud sounds in particular? should i go back to the doctor?

Yes: Headaches and changes in hearing can be indicative of a problem tracing back to your head trauma. It would be wise to go back to the Dr for a full neurological exam and imaging. Leaving the problem unexplored can lead to serious complications and long term issues, so see your Dr soon.
