Injured my arch & started walking on the outside of my foot for five weeks. foot changed shape, pinkie became a bit claw toe.reversible by stretching?

Not stretching: typically stretching does not do much for a clawed toe. toe pads might help alleviate the symptoms but ultimately, it might need to be fixed. You should see a doctor for consultation

Shape shifter.: An injured foot causing you to compensate for five weeks needs to be examined. Unclear as to why you started to walk on the outside of your foot. Was it from pain of structural problem. Either way an exam and evaluation is necessary.
