If aripiprazole: makes you sleepy it is fine to take it before bedtime and take advantage of the sleepiness. If it causes insomnia then take it in the morning and discover measures to help you fall asleep at night. If it does not cause either sleepiness or insomnia then you can take it anytime. Timing matters not: Aripiprazole can be taken at anytime of the day, but take it as your healthcare provider's instructed if she or he wants you to take it at a specific time (s/he knows more about your health history and other medications you’re taking). Some practitioners prefer nighttime only because aripiprazole is known to cause drowsiness.
